Charlotte Apartments is a modern multi-family residential development located in the up and coming Sylvan Heights industrial neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee. At 122 units, Charlotte apartments is designed to respond to the neighborhood's rapid urban growth, the project balances contemporary facade composition with efficient, livable unit planning. The result is a building that feels at home in its context while setting a new standard for thoughtful infill housing.
