4th St Apartments is a 131-unit multi-family development in Nashville, Tennessee. The building's signature facade features a sawtooth balcony layout that creates rhythm, depth, and private outdoor space for each unit. Informed by a clean Los Angeles modernism, the design brings a West Coast design sensibility to Nashville's evolving urban landscape, complete with courtyard amenities, double height lobby, rooftop deck, and live-work units at the ground floor.
