Justin Carson was born in San Diego, CA, in 1989. After earning a degree in Landscape Architecture from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, he worked at HOK and also trained under Zack Freedman in Los Angeles designing for a variety of landscape urbanism projects ranging from an entertainment park, a sports complex, apartment complex grounds, and single family houses.

In 2018, after completing design work on the Barrack Obama and Michelle Sports Complex in Rancho Cienega, Los Angeles, Justin went back to university to study architecture at UCLA’s school of Architecture and Urban Design. Justin has worked with award winning firms such as Alex Pettas Architecture, and Jeff Zbikowsi Architecture designing, coordinating, and managing single family, ADU, and multifamily mixed-use building projects.
 

Justin has a wealth of professional experience in architecture and landscape design, and he continues to master striking a balance of the indoor-outdoor relationship by integrating the landscape field condition and architectural form to produce meaningful projects.
